Hi

We have a station with a call fwd set, when we try to remove the call fwd using the correct FAC we get the beep acknowlegent that it's worked but when the station is statused the call fwd is still on.

The only thing we found that may cause this is that the uniform dial plan had the same call fwd routing as the call fwd that was set.

When we removed the uniform dial plan settings for the station the FAC worked.

Is this normal, how does the uniform dial plan affect call fwd's on the phone if using remote FAC's?
we can remove the call fwd using the button no problem with the uniform dial plan settinfgs in place or not on the extension
