I have a NEC Univerge SV8100 system that Tuesday use to ring a few of our extensions, the go to a generic please hold a moment and then ring a bunch of extensions.. Now after it rings the first time a few time, it goes to a mail box is full. The only thing iI thought I changed in webpro was group names, because I am planning on setting up an auto attentant and 1 for sales 2 for accounts recieveable etc etc .... please provide me with what options I need to check to fix this issue

Can you provide a little more detail. Type of voicemail, how the ones are ringing, type of lines, etc.

This was resolved now my problem is on incoming calls all extensions seem to ring.. It use to ring like 3 times to the main operator then to the 2nd operator and then ring other extension. What options do I need to check on this?
