UM 4730 caller ID

Recently upgraded PBX from 2400IPX to SV8500 and upgraded AD64 voicemail to UM4730. PBX was changed first the voicemail was changed a week later. When chaned to new UM4730,external caller ID to the voicemail was not being sent to the voicemail. MCI integration was changed from sierial to LAN. Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Look at ASYD Sys 1 Index 246 bit 3, and ASYDL SYS1 Index 833 bits 1 and 5.
