Assume we have two sample XML docs, one is well formed & another one is valid XML, I want to while looking at the XML, how can we judge given XML is well formed or valid XML.

based on any particular element, can we able to tell?

Try the FOXE - freeobject XML editor. It's free, it can validate XMLs and it's fast and good:
