EDC Locked Account

Hello Everyone!
I have a problem with Aloha EDC. Apparently too many log-in attempts were made, and now the account is locked for 30 minutes (supposedly)
However, those 30 minutes never end!! I waited for over an hour, and I keep getting the same message.
Also, I don't have EDC's main account info. The one that has the "power" to unlock accounts.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I have, and nothing...still get the 30 minutes message.
Btw, I just noticed that is not only EDC that's locked. Also Aloha Manager gives me same message.

Do you happen to know the admin's default username and password? Maybe that would work...

They took out the admin password a few versions ago. You will have to contact your dealer now.
