Hi, My first item on your Forum.
I am doing some work for a client taking a select query (with 81 fields) in Access and feeding it into word, with some VB to populate Check boxes.
Some of the fields are not populating correctly from the query in as much as if field e.g. "c2" (in the query can return a number of different numbers e.g.78 or 35, with the fall back being zero); word is reading zero on each occasion.
Does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening?

Hi. I can not show the thread as it is not as simple as that. I can see the data correctly in the Access query, but when I run the debug in the word VB the cell result is showing the exception value rather than than value produced in the query.

FWIW, Checkboxes can only take 1 or 0.

Cheers
