Hi. I have a station mailbox at 740. I wish to change the default female greeting by uploading a .wav file I have had created. I have uploaded different system greetings before for use in Hunt group announcements but I am unsure how to do it for the VM greeting. Appreciate someones help. Thanks.

I guess that this is not possible with user welcome greetings, only system greentings in connections with groups and attendants. If you program ext. 740 in a group, you can have this kind of greeting.
If you're using iPECS there should opened up for this feature (in version 5.5).

Prompt 80 is: I´m sorry, I´m unavailable...
Prompt 21 is: after recording your message you may hang up or....

Please check this: " for all stations which are using the default prompts".
Take care - if you record some individual messages....
