9608 losing call history

I have a single user with a 9608 that will just stop logging calls into history. Doing a craft clear restores the functionality for about 2-3 hours, then it just stops again.

User is high volume, but so are plenty of others, any ideas? We have swapped out the phones and are getting the same issue.

Are you using the latest software (6.2.1.19)?
