I seem to have an issue where multiple PRI's are not dropping the call after disconnect. I was approached by Accounting due to high charges on our bill. I talked to AT&T and they gave me call detail where I saw calls daily for 1440 minutes...or 24 hours. These were on there every day for weeks...which leads me to believe it was one long call that never disconnected.

After looking at all of my PRI's I am seeing this on 3 different PRI's. They are all Incoming calls on 800 numbers. I don't think it is Toll Fraud due to all the numbers being identified as Customer numbers we do business with. We called these customers and they do not report lines being tied up for weeks.

I status the trunk group and I have seen multiple channels showing In-service/Active but no connected ports showing.

All PRI's are on TN464GP boards. Any thoughts as to what I can check??
