Hi Guys !

iam having problem with VPI-CORP ,VPI Portal application used for recording the voice in IP network. recently i had to reinstall the vpi portal for some problem, after that i cannot access the audio files, it prompt error "specified audio file could not be found on the voice server, and there was error copying over media file" ..

Voice server ( vpi- activ voice ) and VPI-Portal are two different servers.

iam stuck up here ...any one have a resolution for this.

VPI-CORP website does not have Troubleshootig documents, not much is seen on internet by googling.
