What I'm trying to accomplish is to have a label in my form return information "on click" based on the criteria of the label. For example, if my label reads "Computer-1", after I click on it I would like it to return the information associated with 'Computer-1'.

I don't know code very well, but I know enough to where I can copy and paste it in VB.

I suppose you could use DLookup() to retrieve the information, but you really need to give more exact information on what's going on here!
  • Where is the information for "Computer-1" stored?
  • Why do you need to use the 'criteria,' which in reality is the Label's Caption?
  • How many of these Labels are we talking about?

It's a floor map I'm making with several hundred seats. Each label is a cubical with a pc and phone. The labels caption is the cubical number. My database table has the cubical number, and other information like phone extension and department. If I click on the cubical number I would like it to display the information associated with it like the phone extension/department.

You will need to set the click event to capture the control clicked and send it to a generic function that can return the Caption or Tag property.
