lONG DISTANCE loop (loop 2) is down. Provider came and stated it is on my end.

LD 60

DTI TRK LOOP 2 - ENLB
FFMT/LCMT/YALMT: D3/AMI/DG2
SERVICE RESTORE: NO
YEL ALM PROCESS: YES
ALM STATUS: RED YELLOW
CH 01 - DSBL TIE 3VCE
CH 24 - DSBL TIE 3VCE

Not quite sure what i should do next, any advice would be great.

A few ideas:

1. Disable loop, reseat card, enable loop, test
2. If still down, put your card in loopback and test. If you get idle channels and no alarm, problem is on their end.
3. If loopback fails, replace card

Thanks, i should have stated that it is a DTI with no D-Channel, and comes straight from the back of the DSX pannel without a card. Fixed action was to put a hard loop on the serial port on the PBX, and then bounce the loop. It came up immediatly. That's a first for me.
