4610SW IP in Reboot Loop

Hey folks just recently our office Avaya 4610sw IP phone went into a reboot loop after I unplugged the cable from the back and reinstalled the cable. All I get is this

Loading 0,1,2,n,n... secs

---------------------------------
Starting...
---------------------------------
100Mbps Ethernet
* to Program
---------------------------------
DHCP: 1,2 secs
* to Program

Then that is when the system crashes and proceeds to reboot.

But unfortunately when I go to press * to program the software doesn't acknowledgement the button and also gives no error sounds.
