cisco to nortel calls on hold drop after 30 seconds

I was wondering if anyone has an idea where to look for calls on hold dropping after 30 seconds. I have a Cisco system hooked up to my CS1000E via 5 PRIs. All outgoing calls are for the Cisco are done through the CS1K over the ties. I am running into an issue when the cisco set makes an outgoing call and puts it on hold and the call drops after 30 sec. Also if the Cisco phone calls a Nortel set and puts it on hold the call drops after 30 sec.If cisco calls cisco and put on hold it is fine and all calls are fine on the Nortel side. I have no clue where to look any help would be greatly apericiated.
