Different working hours for different hunt groups

Hi,

I have a simple question. I need to have different working hours for two, maybe 3 hunt groups. How do I do that. I am reading my VM pro help files now but cant find answer. I have Week planer set up in condition editor but it is the same for all. Can I have two of them somehow?
I am running Avaya IP office 406v2, manager version 7,0 (15) and Vocemail Pro client.
Thanks!

Sure you can.
Make more conditions and use more conditions.

or create time profiles on the IPO and use the time profile check on the incoming call route - that way if vm pro fails, your conditions still work smile

Ok guys, thank You very much for Your help. Both ways work for me :) Me happy

But, now client wants a report on how much calls came in after working hours. But if a call does not reach any agent then I can not see that information. Right? Is the only way around this to have no "working hours" but to setup in VMpro that if a call comes in after 19:00 in my case it gets some welcome message that just loops forever. That way I can give him two "incoming calls by target group". First before 19:00, and a second one for after 19:00. Second one will have all missed calls ofcourse.

Best Regards!

P.S.
I am starting to dislike this new client but then again, maybe I should look on this as a learning oportunity. Maybe...

What tells you how many calls come in during normal hours?
Call reporting?

Yes, Call reporting. Incoming calls by target group report.

What reporting program do you use?

Then you can do reporting frmo the VMPro action.
Go to the tab "reporting" and check the checkbox and enter the information needed in the report.
