Term-ext-group extensions are riging on extension group but no ringing sound.

I have CM 5.2.1, 9620/40 phonese with firmware 3.1.
I have created a term extension group and assigned 3 extensions in it. but when I call my extension group, it rings on all three extensions but no ringing sound.
When I dial extensions directly, they ring just fine.

Please help

Check your station form and make sure you have "bridged call-alerting" set to "y"..should solve your problem.....

Is Bridged Call Alerting on page 2 of station form set to yes?
