BCM 400 4.0 hunt group issue

I have a hunt group that is setup in Sequential mode with 5 people in it. It is setup to roll to the next person after 15 seconds then overflow to a VM box after 180 seconds. Internally it works fine, but externally it goes to the 2nd person rings twice then falls into the mailbox we have setup for the hunt group. I turned of DRT to prime but can't think of what else would cause this. Any suggestions?

How are call getting to the HG?
Direct lines or Options from CCR?

Make sure no lines are assigned in the hunt group programming in that case.
As well the usual no lines to be assigned to a phone that is in a hunt group.

Transfer call back timer is set to 6 rings.
Either set it to 12 rings or turn it off completly.

The transfer call back timer returns the call to the ccr tree therefore your huntgroup wont get past the amount of rings it is set for.
If you want the calls to get to the 5th call turn it off.

incoming call--hg1--extn 1--4 rings--extn 2--4 rings( transfer timer takes the call back on 6th ring)
