Samba keeps dropping

I have installed SAMBA on a home pc using Ubuntu 11.10 to use as a local server. Every now and then it drops out, sometimes seems to restart but other times will not. When I restart SAMBA I get the following messages

Being an amateur I have no idea where to start.

I figured out the errors in that post 1 config file was wrong 2 resetting it as user not admin. Ther problem still persists though. Its as if the pc is sleeping but the display works so I'm confused.

Do you get the same messages when using sudo?
