Laserjet M5035 errors and jamming etc.

I am troubleshooting a LaserJet M5035 MFP printer.

Printer is intermittently receiving error code 49.4C02, I looked it up and most of the issues is regarding the firmware. Thing is the firmware is up to date with 48.240.0b

Whenever the printer prints a big document it shuts down at 9mb every time

Also, Whenever its set to print two sided the printer jams. When it prints single sided it doesn't jam. Not sure if printing double sided is causing the 49.4C02 error code.

Was there any additional RAM added to the system or is it still running with the base 256?

Can you restart the printer and first page print a dual sided print and see if the error immediately appears? Does it throw these issues when printing from multiple computers or from a single PC?

The printer still has the 256MB memory
I am about 3hrs from the location of the printer. I am trying to get my ducks in the row before heading out on the job. I was told by the clients that the printer immediately jams when printing dual sided. They are able to print single sided with no jamming.
Ive been onsite before regarding the same error code. seems like it went away then it returned. All of the issues in the past seemed to be coming from the individual PC's. There were printer settings that needed to be configured.
The client thinks its the "duplicator" that is malfunctioning.

Perhaps I worded oddly, but my main question would be, does it error with only a certain computer printing to it, or if there are multiple PCs connected will they all cause the error intermittently?

Services calls that far away are a pain. Hopefully this wont be the headache it could be. Check this thread out, has some interesting attempts: http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/forums/printer/30528
