Specific Alias Bouncing Back

A user receives a bounce back when sending from a particular alias to a particular recipient. Sending to the same recipient from the other alias goes through correctly. Could this be a problem with the SMTP sending connector?

There could be an ethical wall in place
Could be the sendas permissions are not correct
What is the error code with the NDR?
