Has anyone had a successfull installation of XAMPP, TOMcat and Apache when trying to setup the Web chat server for AACC 6.2 CCMM?

Yes I have installed this at a customer site (windows 2008 R2 server). I had a simular problem. First I used the latest version of XAMPP, did not work. I had to uninstall and use the versions described in the DevConnect document.

Application software required
• Xampp (Tested with version 1.7.2)
• Tomcat 6.0.20 Add-on for Xampp
• Java Runtime Environment 1.6 Update 7
• Avaya Aura Contact Center Multimedia Release 6.2

Thanks I had to eventually do that as well and now it installs just fine.
