I have been told, in a vague sense, that you should not use the same table in mutliple places because it causes glitches. Can anyone explain or debunk this? If true, is there a way around it?

I have done that many times without issue. If the same table is used twice on the main report, it automatically gives the second copy of the table an alias name. I've 'linked' to the same table between the main report and subreport too.
