Where in the world do Tek-Tips members come from?

Forward messages to different email addresses

Hi!

I'm setting up a MM5.2 (MAS & MSS).
3 different customers shall use the system for messaging.

Where can I define the email addresses of the customers or where can the customers define their own email address to where the voice messages should be sent/forwarded?

cust1 > 12345@cust1.com
cust2 > 12345@cust2.com
cust3 > 12345@cust3.com

I've some knowledge about CallPilot and there the customer can define his email addresse very easy with MyCallpilot.

Thanks for your help!

In a MM for MSS system the voicemails cannot be forwarded/sent to some other email addresses. If you wanted something like that then you should have used Aura Messaging or use Mutare's EVM product for MM.

Thanks for thy reply.
Yesterday I found Mutare's EVM product.

I will get in contact with them and hope that their product works fine.

yes the EVM is the way to go and it works great.
