Hi Everybody.

Is there anyone here with experience with DR-link reconding on Nice Perform 3.2

I have a NICE 8.9 system working at the moment and I want to uppgrade to Perform 3.2. The channel mapping is working in NICE 8.9 but I cant figure out how to set upp the sources in Perform 3.2.

In NICE 8.9 channel 1 is mapped to station 021301. Shelf 02 Card 13 timeslot 01.

In Perform 3.2 I need to put something in trunk group and trunk timeslot.

hi have you looked at https://www.extranice.com/EIS/ProductDocumentation/NICEPerform/NICE%20Perform%20Release%2032/Integration%20with%20Alcatel-Lucent%20OXE%20Active%20Recording%20-%20NP%20%20-%203.2.pdf

provides workflow which maybe useful, has a channel mapping section.

also rcm/call srv logs will provide insight into channel mappping

Thanks for that link. I had been looking at a different PDF. I have a problem on page 160.
For TDM DR-Link configuration, click Advanced.

Nothing happens when I click advanced ? Do you know what I'm missing ?

Regards Johan

I got some new config files for the logger.

After the new config was applied I was able to click the advanced button.

In summary doc the new config file has

Active Observation = YES

The config file that worked with 8.9 had = No
