It's not on the CLAN, although it is on an ELAN/TLAN. A coworker is getting threats on his vmail and the boss wants me to capture these greetings and attach them to an email?

Do you have "MyCallPilot" running on your site? IF so it can convert messages to wav file for you.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
