4.5 Presentation Server license renewal problem

We updated our Citrix licenses last night and everything went well except for one server in our Farm.

"The licenses required by this edition of Citrix Presentation Server are not present on the license server DC01"
I've exhausted myself on Google solutions and from the Citrix Support web pages.
Or other dozen Citrix presentation servers are all good.
I checked that all the versions on all Presentation Servers are the same.

It was recommended that I point the Server with the problem to a bogus License Server and then back to the real one.
That didn't work.
I've rebooted multiple times.
I've also redone the original steps I took to upload the new license from this website:

Anyone have any ideas for me?
Everything work fine before I uploaded the renewal license.
So I'm assuming it has something to do with that.
