I am a Telco tech and am providing a PRI to a customer with the Coral IPX office.  They have an Adtran CSU between the smartjack and the PBX, but want to plug directly into smartjack.  They say they used to be able to do so.  But now, it will not work without the CSU in between.  I have heard of "known" issues with Tadiran PRI jumpers.  Their vendor is struggling at this point.  Has anyone had a similar issue?

Sorry I can't be much help. Things in the US seem to be quite different to elsewhere in the world when it comes to things like this. The various places I've worked around the world you just plug the Coral straight in to the jack.

In saying that,if it works with the CSU why not just leave it there?
