Good morning all,
I have an installation where I am having trouble with the CA supervisor mode.
If you try to listen in on a call the program errored on some extensions (illegal operation)
I removed the software, took the PC out of the windows domain (as I had heard that could cause a problem) re-installed the software as Administrator - rejoined the domain - now I get operation failed when trying to listen in on a conversation for all extensions.
CA is enabled extension option 9
all extensionms including supervisor are running COS1
Supervisor is listed for ICD group (s)
Windows 7 PC - CA v3.1.5.0
Any help appreciated!
Is there a bug fix list for V4 and are V3 licenses upgradeable ?

Thanks - turned out to be something silly
If the handset is off the cradle then the error occcurs
If the handset is on the cradle it works OK

Annoying for nandset users as call monitor has to go to speakerphone iniitially
 but understandable for headset werers
Thanks for the input
