Goldmine 5.5
Goldmine clock don't obey. Only give me entire hours

18.00 , 19.00, 20.00 , etc.

Time before I have control each ten minutes and can edit the time. Now all the alarms are created at an hour on point (excuse my english)

Happen the same when I create a note. Suppose the time is 18.33 hours but the note is created at 18.00 hour (6 pm)

I have revised preferences and is the same I have when in the tab alarm all goes well.

What can I do ?

Best Regards

This is usually based on your Regional Settings of the OS, but you can also look at your Preferences to see if that makes a difference.  GoldMine 5.5 is so old that it is not even supported by FrontRange any longer.

You are quite right.
I vary the regional settings of the OS and now goes well.

Best Regards
