SU 32 was recalled? I've got that deployed.

yeah the Avaya PEP site is back to SU29

I had problems with SU 32
RCC: agents idle not recive calls
I had re-image and load SU 29, the problems are gone..

I raised a call with Avaya on RCC abandoned calls in December. They couldn't reproduce the fault, even though we had it on three different BCM 400 systems and they all had Desktop 019 as well.

The day after the call was closed, my Avaya contact called me to say that another fault was found in the States on CTI and it started after the System 032 patch was released.

I also raised a case for DASS problems that started at release 030 and was still present at 031. I guessing that the safest release was still at 029, hence the roll back.

On my abandoned call problem, we had to replace the hard disk or reimage it, patch it and restore from a backup done with System 032 installed.

I had the same issue with RCC and abandoned calls... was told the issue was the SU032 patch and had to have an Avaya Engineer go into the BCM to correct the issue.

They have release System 033 and Desktop 020 now.

Has anyone dared to install system 033 yet?. I wonder if it still has bugs?.
