problem on RAID 6 IBM x3850

hi guys,
anyone encountered this issue on IBM x3850. i've already configured RAID6 and all the disks are ONLINE upon checking on the configuration. the problem is when i'm trying to install RHEL the linux did not detect any available disks. am i missing something on the configuration? pls help. Thanks

Are you installing with IBM ServerGuide, if not you will need to load the adapter drivers. Downloadable from IBM.
