Cisco 4000 stuck in rommon

I have a Cisco 4000 that I can't get to except all its command such as confreg but will except help,reset. I can't get out of rommon and I have hunted everything I can on cisco.com and it get me no where so I am here asking the pros!

It seems to have been defaulted at some point I think and now I have know idea where to start ton get this thing working.
