Wake On LAN over internet - help

Hi,

I am trying to get WOL working with my PC and I have successfully been able to start my PC when it is in an off state. However, this is only when I broadcast the magic packet rather than use a specific IP address. I have tried different IP addressed but it doesnt work. With regard to the broadcast am I OK to assume the broadcast only wakes up the MAC address specified??

Next step is for me to do this over the internet and third will be to remotely connect.

At the moment I have a problem setting up to do it over the internet. I am really confused as I have looked at the net and there are details on port frowarding and using no-ip. I just need some guidance on what I need to do.
