I have a txt file that I would like copy and creat a new text file in a different format.

Current file:

NPA  1204
RLI  2
DENY 976

SDRR DENY CODES = 1
ITEI NONE


NPA  1205
RLI  2
DENY 976

SDRR DENY CODES = 1
ITEI NONE


NPA  1206
RLI  2
DENY 960

DENY 976

SDRR DENY CODES = 2
ITEI NONE

DENY 976

I would like to get the new text format to read as: and of course have it saved in its new format.

Any help would be great as I am losted with this.
