I have configured an AA with an attendant extension of 7500.  When someone hits AA and pushes 0, it rings 7500 for 4 rings and then says "operaror not available".  How do I increase the number of rings to unlimited so it never goes back to the AA.  Thanks

Its not to clear what you want on exact setup.
Tell AA not to answer under AA and lines if you dont want AA
F982 setting is why your getting operator not available....usually it goes to general mailbox after that.
Their is a setting in Table and Attdnet DN, set that to what you want, only older system (maybe new too) setting it to 000 disabled 0.
Also under Sets-7500-Capabilties is the forward no answer setting.

Customer decided to go with a CCR tree so that made my problem go away.  Thanks for the replies.
