Does anyone known what the SIPQ prompt is for when building an ACD queue? I have been unable to find any reference to it in any of the NTPs up through rel 7.5. We are running 7.0 on a CS1000M MG. I have just been leaving it default (NO) but am wondering what it is for.

Its for SIP Line agents, Release 6 introduced SIP Line Universal extensions (UEXT)for SIP Phones, So if your going to use SIP agents in a queue you set SIPQ to Yes, but it appears you can't mix SIP agents with other Agents, hence the prompt will this queue use SIP agents or not.
