application icons no longer showing in task bar?

Hi,

Our DB applications which were rolled out via the runtime and developer extensions (publish in 2010) are no longer showing on the task bar when the app is open?

The icons on the desktop for the application are still showing correctly, but not in the task bar when open?

Any idea why this has started happening?
