Intermec PX6i cutter not cutting

I have an Intermec PX6i.  I am printing from MS Word and I have made the paper size match the media.

It is a simple 1" print job that prints a part number and a date.
It is going on a Fabric Label media that get's cut by the built in cutter.

The cutter works.  In the options of the printer itself I can say cut and it will cut.

I have set it in the properties to cut each label.  I print it and it does not cut the labels.  I have gotten it to cut before and noted the settings but then it won't cut anymore.

Any suggestions?
