Need to bench test Tadiran Coral iCMC SL - 72449262100 card

I need to bench test a Tadiran Coral iCMC SL - 72449262100 card that I have. I don't have any other part of the system so I would like to know what the voltage is for the test Pwr circuit as well as is how to communicate with unit, ie web based or the db9?
I have seen from other posts that the manual is not easy to obtain so it would be great if someone could share this here.

Manuals are not freely available. You need to be a Tadiran reseller or have been on a course to obtain them. I have copies somewhere but don't have easy access to be able to post them somewhere.

Do you have a Coral SL/FlexiCom 200/IPx 500 system? Without one I don't see how you will test it properly. If you could power it up you could get access to programming via RS232 but you require Co-Session software to talk to it. Even that would just prove access to programming, it wouldn't prove that voice functionality of it.

Thank you for your response!
I found a laptop power supply that fit and plugged it in and nothing happened, not even smoke :)
I guess I will assume it does not work and sell it for parts on Ebay for maybe.
