Using a CM 5.2.1 and everyone in the office has a bridged appr. for everyone else but they dont want the bridged appr. to ring and they dont want to pick up the bridged appr. when it comes in unless they press that button, I have all that working the way they want but after i made those changes caller ID wont show on any lines untill after they pick up the call even on there own appr. Are there any work arounds??
