We moved a client last week. All went well and the ACD moved with the Nam all came back up. The client moved the wallboard display unit them selves and re installed it. The issue we have is we cant get the ACD to display on the wallboard any more. There is a black spectrum box that hooks up to the ACD and then runs out to the display board. It seems that the ACD is not sending out any data from the com port ???? Is any one out there familiar with this stuff or can point me in the right direction. We have rebooted the ACD still the same. Seems the ACD also is not responding to the network connection- so something is up with the main unit....
 
Did u verify comm port settings and Ip address on NAM unit wit ACD?

6 months until ski season starts...sadly i must resign myself to the warmer weather"this will include a normal 8-5 work day, 5 days a week"
 
I verified the IP address and Com port settings but as explained , we could not “ping” the IP address of the ACD and the unit indicated on the summary screen that it did not see a com port any more.
