OC3 to DS1 Problem

We have a point to point OC3 circuit between us and our customer.We are having a problem where we are bot able to see each other on DS1 level.

CUSTOMER SIDE--->OC3---->OC3 interface on Nokia-Siemens Switch---->DS1

OUR SIDE ---->OC3---->OC3 Interface on Adtran OPTI-3 MUX ----->3 DS3 interface on Lucent Switch--->DS1

Customer Side:On the customer side, OC3 connectes to OC3 interface on Nokia-seimens switch which directly breaks it down to DS1's. DS-1 are configured B8ZS CLEAR CHANNEL ESF

Our Side: On our side, we have connected the OC3 to Adtran OPTI-3 mux, which breaks it down to three DS-3's and each DS3 is connected to DS3 interface on Lucent/dialogic switch which breaks it down to DS1's. DS-1 are configured B8ZS CLEAR CHANNEL ESF

Observations: 1.Customer side see all the DS1's down.
2. If customer gives us a loop on OC3 facing us, we are able to see it.
3. If customer gives us a loop on DS1 level facing us, we are not able to see it.
4. Our side, we see all the DS1's down.
5. If we give the loop on OC3 level facing customer, they are able to see it.
6. If we give the loop on DS3/DS1 level from Lucent, they are not able to see it.
7. If we give the loop on DS3 from Adtran facing customer, they are not able to see.
8. If we give the loop on DS3 from Adtran facing Lucent, we are able to see it.
