Brightstor v11.5 SP4 exclude filter causing agent to send only 4KB

Hi,
I have multiple filters to exclude certain directory patterns separated by semi-colons for C and D drives for multiple clients. Same filters for each. These filters work fine on all except for one client
One specific client fails to backup any data when exclude filters added. Include filters work fine. It reports zero files backed up and only 4KB of data sent.

Can anyone suggest why. Obviously seems to be client specific, but can't find where to start looking.

Thanks

Set the agent up in debug and check the log.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ ComputerAssociates \ BrightStor ARCserve Backup \ ClientAgent \ Parameters

Value name: Debug
Data type:  REG_DWORD
Data:       1

Result: More detail will appear in the agent.log file.
-----
Setup a test job selecting the target system via Network without using the agent to see how it does.
