Guy's we had this problem last Fall in September Repalced every thing (New BCM450) that seemed to help only dropped once, then we added a UPS and plugged the BCM450 into it and the problem came back now it has dropped 4 times in three weeks

Software Version 9.0.1.74.682 Rls. 5.0 this is Beringen Belgium .
If you guy's have any Ideas lets have them cause I'm at the end of the Rope with this thing. Thanks in advance

Is the clocking set at primary? Plus if it's happening more since the UPS was added could be a power issue. What does the alarm say in admin when it drops?

Sorry forgot to put the errors on Post.

when you look up the Alarms it says the Digital Clocking in free run , I also checked and the PRI is set to Primary external. has any one had this problem with the BCM450 we have several of the BCM's we see errors but the others never need to be Reset?.

The free run is the BCM loosing signal from the CO. I have seen it be the wiring from the Jack the BCM connects to to the smart jack.

I had similar problems on an old 3.7. I changed the entire DTI and the BCM, however still problems. The line provider claimed no problems of course, however having swapped the DTI & BCM, I insisted it wasn't the PBX & DTI. They replaced the NTE and found & fixed a fibre problem too. Problem is convincing the line provider there is a fault. If clocking is right (primary external, it must be installed in the main unit not an expansion), wiring is right, you might need to consider changing the DTI if you have not already, then inform the line provider of the whole history including the fact you've changed the pbx and still problems. i.e. you need to win the case to have them look further. default reaction is always 'its not a line problem'.
