I have a Magix with a PRI that can't make international calling over the PRI. I was told an ARS route for 011 calls needs to be set up. Does anyone have directions on how to do this?

Take a look at the FAQ section of this forum. There is a document on initial programming and another on troubleshooting. Print your PRI information so you have a reference.

When you say you cannot make "international" calls - what do you mean?? What happens when you try to dial an international call? What line pool are the PRI channels in? If they are not in Pool 70 (which is the default pool for international calls) - you would need to change the default pool for international calls.

What does the PRI provider "see" on their end - when you dial an international number?

You could have a number of different issues.

Do a print of your PRI. Look at the special services table. Entry 0 is your 011 (or international) dialing. See if it is set to delete 3 digits. If so, you are not sending the 011 to the provider. If your provider needs the 011, you need to change that entry to delete 0 vs. delete 3 under your PRI programming. If they don't want to see the 011, you need that entry to be to delete 3 digits so it strips that off.
