Hi,

We use EMC NetWorker 7.5 which make the backups to a NetApp NearStore VTL700, configured with 64 Slots and 3 vitrual drives. The tapes from one pool we export from the VTL to a physical library (Scalar 50 with 36 slots and 2 LTO3 drives) initiated from the NetWorker GUI with "Eject Withdraw". During such an export the VTL crashed.

We have now the disappointing situation that this tape wasn't correctly exported. The VTL still list the tape in the virtual library (listed with "plib inventory"), but it isn't assigned to a slot ("vtape list") and therefor I don't see it in the NetWorker and can't export this tape again.

Is there a possibility to solve this mismatch and do something like a reconciliation?

Any suggestion is welcome.
