Reformat & Recreate SD Card

I'm having problems recreating SD Cards. Reformat goes ok but the recreate fails. I click on recreate A-Law but nothing happens. If I manually transfer the files from the \MemoryCards\Common folder the SD Card in System Status reads as incompatible.

Running Manager 8.0(18) on Windows 7

The cards are SDHC, not all SD card readers can handle them. Try another PC.

I had changed my working directory to point to a folder containing all of my customer downloads and not to the manager folder. I had also change the name of my ip office folder from ip office 6.0.8 to ip office.

Both directories now say C:\program files\avaya\ip office\manager

When you recreate the SD card then the working directory must be pointing to the default installation directory otherwise you cannot recreate it.
You only can use the browse option but that does not contain a backup folder and will give errors.
