Hello,

My second question.

When a second customer calls we get a notification that there's another caller in the que. This notification interrupts the conversation. Is there an option to change this setting?

Kind regards

Again more info required
When does this happen?
Is it when the call is in the queue?
It is MoH that is being played?

ACD allows RAD messages to be played whilst queueing (comfort messages)
If using MoH and RAD messages you will get both whilst queueing to a ACD path.

When you say 'interupts conversation' can you elaborate as to what and when

Are you referring to a "beep" in your ear during a call?

If so in the class of service associated with the handset there is an option (can't remember the name of option) that is active, that allow this to occur. It's generally turned off for fax and modems as well.

My best guess: (better info means better guesses)

You have a queue Status button configured
The Status key is set to ring
The user has a headset
When the status key rings it momentarily interupts the conversation over the headset.

Lots of guesses but if correct I would turn off the ringing of the key.

My apologies for the little info.

The answer of Jakt99 is what I mean.
I'm referring to the "beep" in my ear during a call.

Does anybody now which option this is?

Yes this is a camp on warning tone.
You can disable this in the Class of service of both the set and trunk
Camp-on Tone Security/FAX Machine set to Yes

If I may ask what you meant by Que?

This post appeared to be 1 of 2 questions regarding ACD setup. Campon tones do not occur with ACD setup so I'm confused. The answer to this question might impact the other post.
