Best way to get money from traffic?

Hello everybody, I can't say what but I'm currently making a site which I expect to get about 100,000 unqiue visitors, but I only expect them to visit once or twice. From what I can tell the most money you can make from traffic is something like $1-2 CPM which in this case would be about £65 - £130. I feel like there is a better way of profiting from that traffic. Any ideas? with or without ads, doesn't matter to me.
