Hello,

I've a problem with Call Forwarding at busy lines.

I use the command line

chcalf:1,999,944,,,1;

where 1 for busy, 999 for originator, 944 for destination and 1 for intern lines.

I think this command line is correct and when I show dicalf:999; all the info is correct.
So when extension 999 is busy and I call 999 than I get a busy signal and not redirected to 944.

Note that call forwarding when not responding works fine.

Any suggestions are welcome, thanks.

Solved,

CF on not answering is active on progammation. However by CF on busy, activation is required by dialing *77.

With Call Forwarding - Busy Line, your calls can be forward directly to VoiceMail when you are on the line. By using this feature callers can still leave a VoiceMail message for you even when you're on the phone.
